Important Note:

"The Lord reigns forever; he established his throne for judgement.

He rules the world in righteousness and judges the people with equity."

Psalms 9:7,8 NIV

As believers we must always remember that our God is sovereign and eternal. No earthly leader throughout time, whether good or bad, has, will, or ever outlast God and His Kingdom. (Daniel 2:44) God will ultimately judge the world of sin as referenced in (Revelations 20). His righteousness is the standard on which he rules. He shows no partiality to anyone. Today with social justice as the main talking point rightfully so, there are instances where justice is inevitable. The problem isn't  only if but when justice would prevail.  From God's perspective anything out of the scope of righteousness will be judged. It is easy for anyone to demand justice when the rights of one is violated especially when it includes ourselves. When we pray for justice against evil doers, do we really want God to judge all wrong doing? Remember the woman caught in the act of adultry Jesus spoke to her accusers " He that is without sin cast the first stone." (John 8:7 KJV) As the saying goes, When you point at wrong doers three fingers point back at you. Make sure your house is in order. God paints with a broad brush when it comes to sin. "There is none righteous, no not one"( Romans 3:10 KJV)  We were all guilty when it came to sin but thanks be to God that Jesus Christ paid it all on Calvary.
